Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel. Cut into pieces together with garlic. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, toss it in a colander.
Put the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a blender bowl.
Beat until a homogeneous butter puree is obtained.
Then add the resulting avocado puree to the boiled spaghetti. Mix gently.
Serve spaghetti with avocado hot. Sprinkle with parmesan and capers to taste.
