- To start, prepare the meatballs - mix the chicken mince with the protein, salt and pepper. Form meatballs smaller than a walnut, put them in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and turn off. Do not remove the meatballs - let them cool in the broth. Then remove the meatballs. If you have cooked chicken meat - you can use it in this salad, cut into medium pieces. Cut the boiled potatoes and cucumbers into medium pieces. Add to the chicken.
