Wash the tongue, pour hot water, bring to a boil, put salt, pepper, bay leaf and cook for about 1.5 hours until ready. Then lower the tongue under a stream of cold water and remove the skin.
Peel the onion, cut it into half rings or strips, and finely chop the garlic. Put the onion and garlic in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until the onion becomes transparent, over medium heat.
Cut the tongue into slices. Spread the onion and garlic, put the tongue. Fry on both sides until light brown.
Take Lecho. Lay the fillets on top of the tongue mixture. Simmer the tongue with lecho over medium heat under the lid for 10 minutes.
Serve the dish hot. Sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy your meal!!
