- In a 3-liter jar, put the sugar and ginger, previously cut into thin slices. Pour a liter of boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes, so that the sugar is dissolved, and the ginger is brewed. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the tails, and slice at random. Puree strawberries with a blender.
- Add the pureed strawberries to the jar and mix. Add boiled water and yeast. Mix and close the jar with a lid. Water should be poured not up to the neck, so that there is room for fermentation. Leave the jar for 5 hours in a warm place. And only then remove the kvass in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
