I will say right away that I will stuff the peppers in an unusual way. I stuff them with a filling of ground Turkey and vegetables with rice, add olives. Peppers can be prepared at home and take with you on a picnic, or take semi-finished products and bake them in nature in foil in coals. It's up to you. They are good and hot and cold.

Instructions
- Making the filling. Heat the oil in a saucepan, spread the garlic and hold it in the oil for a minute so that it gives its flavor to it. I have a large clove and I cut it in half. Garlic can be removed. Spread very finely chopped onion, gild it. Next - minced meat. Fry it a little and add the vegetables finely chopped: zucchini; pepper slices; cherry; olives. Fry until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the finished rice, mix and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. The filling is ready.
- Stuffed pepper. We need a small teaspoon, with which we will fill the peppers. It's not difficult. The amount of filling just went to these 4 peppers. Here is a semi-finished product and ready. You can wrap each pepper in foil and take it with you to a picnic, where they will be baked in coals. I'll take a baking sheet and brush it with oil, put the peppers and put it in the oven under the grill for 20 minutes at T-200 C. Peppers are baked beautifully, the filling is ready in them. I'll put the peppers in a dish with a lid, take them to a picnic as a snack.
