- Prepare a bowl or glass. Lay out a layer of cookies, cover with a layer of cranberry puree and put a layer of whipped cream on top. Alternate layers to the top of the glasses. The top layer, of course, should be cream. Store the dessert in the refrigerator before serving. You can enjoy dessert in half an hour, but the longer it lasts, the richer the treat will become.
- Garnish the dessert with cranberries on top and serve to the table. P.S. You can make this dessert in the form of a cake. Instead of cream, you can take sour cream whipped with sugar, lay out the dessert in the same layers, but in a rectangular shape. Refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the top with cookie crumbs and decorate to taste.
