I offer my own version of cooking trout in foil, I do not pretend to exclusivity, but the trout turns out to be amazingly delicious, and the recipe is not complicated, all products are available and do not take much time.

- 1 kg Trout
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Seasoning (for fish)
- 7 teaspoons Vegetable oil (by the number of pieces of trout)
- 20 ml Lemon juice (juice from half a large lemon)

- I have a fresh-frozen trout, headless and gutted. The fish is thawed at room temperature, cleaned of scales, the fins are cut off. Trout is cut into portions and seasoned with salt, lemon juice and spices. My spices include mint, marjoram, French rosemary and herbs, you can use spices for fish already in a ready-made package or whatever you like. Leave on the table for 20 minutes.
