  3. Peel potatoes and carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Fry for 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, stirring, 5-7 minutes, medium heat.

  4. Pour in cream, boiling water, add cheese. Simmer on slow heat until the sauce is smooth.
