I offer you a vegetable roll of potatoes, carrots and ham. A variation on the theme of pancakes. Everyone can choose their own version of the filling. Very tasty!
Grate carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater (if desired, you can take only potatoes).
Finely chop the onion, add it to the vegetables, add eggs, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with paper, and put the vegetable mixture on top not very thickly.
Bake for about 30 minutes until tender.
Place thin slices of ham on top of the roll. And roll it up. You can dream up: instead of ham, put minced meat, mushrooms, processed cheese... Everything you love.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the roll and put it in the oven again until the cheese melts for 5 minutes.
Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables as a hot dish or as a snack!
