- 50 gram Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic
- 50 ml Olive oil

- Cut vegetables into pieces, tear lettuce leaves with your hands, cut sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, set up Parmesan cheese as in the video or grate. Pour in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, add salt, Provencal or Mediterranean herbs in seasonings. Ready salad sprinkle with Parmesan, grated on the smallest grater.
