A very good dish for a lean and vegetarian table, and just for a healthy diet! Vegetables, thanks to honey, are slightly glazed, and thyme gives a delicious flavor.
Wash the carrots and beets, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Garlic is also cleaned and parsed into cloves, onions are cleaned and cut into quarters.
Prepare the sauce: in a deep bowl, mix the honey, oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Part of the sauce is put in another container.
Put all the vegetables in a bowl, except beets, and mix. Put the beets in a separate container and mix. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
In the sleeve for baking in one layer spread the vegetables, pour the remaining sauce. Close the sleeve, make several punctures in it. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes.
