Warm Salad with Zucchini Recipe
Zucchini dishes are surprisingly very diverse. Despite the fact that zucchini does not have a pronounced taste, recipes with zucchini are very popular. One of my favorite recipes I want to offer you, a set of products is simple, but it turns out to be satisfying and delicious. This plate can replace a full Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 slices Zucchini
- 1 piece Onion
- Carrot to taste
- 1 clove Garlic
- Allspice
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Dill
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Cut the onion and fry it in sunflower oil in a saucepan until transparent.
- Add it to the onion in a saucepan, salt to taste and fry until ready as you like.
- We cut the remaining products.
- Tomatoes and bell peppers cut into a plate, you can even in a dish that will be served to the table.
- Prepare the greens.
- Chopped carrots and garlic are sent to the zucchini for 1 minute to soak the zucchini.
- Add the fried zucchini to the dish with tomatoes and pepper.
- Spread the chopped herbs, salt, pepper to taste and mix. I do not add oil to the salad separately, since I have enough of what was with the zucchini.
