Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Greens (3 sprigs Each: parsley and dill)
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Allspice to taste

Instructions
- Finely chop the greens as well as the onion. Put in a bowl and add the spices, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Stir. Wash the zucchini and cut it into rings. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Still hot, put our zucchini on the prepared greens along with the oil from roasting. Finely chop the garlic and put it on the zucchini.
