My favorite summer snack. Unlike the previous recipe laid out by me, the vegetables in this salad are fried, and plus, combined with mayonnaise and cheese, it turns out quite satisfying. For some, it may be a snack, but it replaces lunch or dinner for me. It is prepared quite simply and quickly.
