  4. Add mint juice (2 tablespoons) and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, strawberry puree (400 g) to the yogurt and add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Two glasses of soaked gelatin, 2 tbsp.l. + 50 ml of water. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in microparticles (60% = 1.5 minutes). Gelatin pour mint yogurt, gelatin, and a second cup of strawberry puree into one cup. In a small bowl (glass), pour yogurt and strawberry jelly in layers.
