- 100 gram Spinach
- 150 gram Cucumber
- 200 gram Tomato
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Nutmeg (ground)
- 1/2 tablespoons Orange juice
- The mixture of peppers to taste
- 1 tablespoon Seeds (a mix of sesame, flax seeds, sunflower, pumpkin. Or chopped nuts to taste)

- Now cut the cucumber and tomato into large strips. Gently mix with the seasoned spinach. Arrange on serving plates or in a large salad bowl for general serving. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and a mixture of seeds on top (you can use your favorite chopped nuts). Design according to your taste. It is advisable to prepare a salad and season it before serving.
