- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 3 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 can Corn
- 300 gram Mussels
- 1/3 bunch Parsley
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Mustard granular
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oils
- 1 tablesspoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sweet paprika (ground)
- Salt to taste

- Defrost the mussels, dry them well with a paper towel. In a cup, mix olive oil, one spoonful of lemon juice, soy sauce and paprika. It is better if the paprika is smoked. But the usual one will be fine too. Pour the resulting marinade over the mussels, mix and leave them to marinate for half an hour.
