Loaf-Sandwich with Herring Recipe
I've been making this sandwich for a long time, probably since the ' 90s. You can consider it a snack and cut it into slices on the holiday table, taking it out of the refrigerator immediately. I like it for Breakfast. Everything is there: an egg; butter; a bar. With fresh brewed sweet tea-just fabulous.

Instructions
  1. You just need to take a baguette or white loaf. I'll make my home quick. I sifted flour into the bowl, added sugar, salt, yeast, and mixed it. Made a recess and poured water and oil. With a spatula, she gathered the flour and rolled the dough into a ball with her hands. The dough doesn't stick to your hands. Sent for 30 minutes in a warm place, covering the dishes with the dough with a towel. Took out, crumpled and formed a bar. Put another 15 minutes in a warm place. I heat the oven to t-50 C for this purpose. The bar has grown and its length has become 24 cm and width-8-10 cm. Greased the top with oil and put it to bake, preheating the oven to t-200 C for 15-20 minutes. She took out the bar and let it cool.

  2. Hard-boiled eggs. The oil must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, so that it is well smeared. Dill or greens finely chop and combine with a fork with oil. Take a loaf, cut it in half lengthwise, leaving one side uncut. Open the loaf and rake out the crumb from both halves. The crumb in small pieces is sent to the oil with dill and also connect with a fork. Divide the oil visually in half and fill the territory of the removed crumb. Put the herring on one side. I have today in pieces (I could not buy a whole one and make a fillet or a ready-made fillet) and I will put them out as much as I can fit. On the other side, put hard-boiled eggs and olives in the empty places. If you don't like olives, just don't put them in! It is good to put quail eggs, they are not large and they will fit a lot. Carefully connect the two halves and wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator. Better for the night. The sandwich loaf will harden, be dense and well cut across any thickness.

  3. Here is a loaf-sandwich in the section. I cut it into pieces about 2.5-3 cm. I'll have Breakfast with them today! Of course not all, but a couple of pieces will eat with sweet tea.
