- 300 gram Shrimp (boiled)
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Avocado
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoons Mint (dried)
- 1/8 teaspoons Thyme
- Allspice to taste

- Prepare shrimp - peel and boil or defrost cooked frozen. If desired, remove the spinal vein from the shrimp. Peel the cucumber, cut into 4 pieces and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces. Peel the avocado, cut into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice. For dressing, mix garlic passed through a press, dry thyme and mint, salt, black pepper with olive oil. Mix all ingredients.
