  1. Bake the peppers in the oven (temperature 200C, baking time 25-30 minutes). Put the hot peppers in a plastic bag. Tie the bag and leave the peppers for another half hour. Now the pepper is easy to clean. Remove the seeds and skin, cut the flesh into pieces of the desired size. For the marinade, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, dry Provencal herbs and lemon juice. Mix the pepper with the marinade. Send it to the refrigerator. A day later, a delicious vegetable snack is ready, Bon appetit!
