- 2 pieces Egg
- 90 gram Nut paste (almond)
- 35 gram Coconut oil
- 30 gram Raisin
- 30 gram Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Dough baking powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ginger (ground) to taste
- Nutmeg

- Mix the dry ingredients. Put raisins in applesauce. Add the eggs, then the nut paste and butter, and mix vigorously. Add the dry mixture and mix again. At the end, add the nuts. Spread the dough on the muffin molds (I used silicone). Bake in the oven at 200C (top-bottom mode) for about 25 minutes - until the toothpick is dry. From the specified number of products, you will get 12 muffins.
