Delicious, tender casserole that is loved by both adults and children. The casserole turns out not only delicious, tender, but also very useful! There's NOT a gram of sugar in here! It is better to serve it warm, and for Breakfast, and for dinner, and as a dessert for coffee or tea. To make the casserole even more delicious and beautiful, I decorated it with sesame seeds and flax.
