Ingredients
- 3 twugs Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Egg
- 100 gram Beef
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 2 pieces Celery root
- Parsley
- Spices (salt, ground pepper to taste)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
- Cut the meat into thin strips, add to the salad. Add the spices and pour in the oil. Squeeze the onion from the marinade and put it to the salad. Mix well. Put the randomly chopped lettuce leaves in a plate, top with the lettuce. Peel the egg and cut it into thin slices, put it in a circle of lettuce. Garnish with parsley.
