- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain the water, add the curry to the potatoes and mash the potatoes with a masher. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, over high heat, stirring constantly and breaking the minced meat into small pieces with a fork. When almost all the liquid has evaporated, add the ketchup, stir and fry for another minute.
- Spread the remaining potatoes on the minced meat. Leveling up. Lubricate the mayonnaise / sour cream potato layer with a silicone brush. We send the casserole in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 g. then we take out the form and put the cheese grated on a large grater on top, and send the casserole back to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese gets a golden color and a delicious crust.
