Ingredients
- 300 gram Broccoli
- 150 gram Pork
- 100 gram Corn (canned)
- 1/4 pieces Pomegranate
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt to taste
- Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/3 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Tomato

- Meat for salad I do this: in a bowl for marinating, mix 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Cut the meat into steaks and marinate for a couple of hours. Then fry the steaks on both sides in a well-heated frying pan. You can cook the meat as you like. Boil the broccoli for 7 minutes, then put it in a colander and pour cold water over it. Allow excess liquid to drain.
- Put the lettuce leaves on a plate ( you can tear them with your hands or leave the leaves intact). Put the marinated onion on top and squeeze it out of the excess liquid. Cut the meat into cubes. Pour over the dressing. Cut the tomato into slices or plates, put it on the meat, put the corn on top and pour the dressing over it.
