Fry the meat in a frying pan until tender and thinly slice.
Cook the egg and cut it preferably not finely.
Soak the eggplant in salt water and fry in circles.
Slice the tomato.

I make a salad in portions, it turns out 2-3 servings. Spread the meat, cabbage, tomato, eggplant, egg, season with mayonnaise, rub the garlic in a plate, sprinkle with crackers (preferably baguette) and grated cheese.
