- 3 pieces Onion
- 300 ml Wine red semi-dry (Best use red domestic wine)
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning (to taste. I used special seasoning for a lamb)

- Salt (to taste)
- Allspice (to taste)
- Garlic (to taste)
- Greens (to taste. It is best to use dill, parsley, Basil and cilantro)
