  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper. At the bottom of the mold, break small pieces of melted butter. Put the potatoes, brisket with fried onions, 2/3 grated cheese. Pour over the sour cream and egg mixture. Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., for 40 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until golden brown.
