Pour 2 teaspoons of freshly ground coffee beans with the top into a dry turkey. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and cloves. If desired, you can add sugar.
Add cold water to the turk and mix well. Put it on a very slow fire. When the foam starts to rise, remove from the heat.
After a few seconds, return the turk to the fire, wait until the foam starts to rise, and remove it from the fire again. This procedure is repeated 3 times, avoiding boiling.
Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and leave to infuse for 2 minutes so that the aroma of spices opens completely. Enjoy your coffee!
