Onions and garlic cut and sauté in oil until transparent.
Bun to soak in water.
Add the bun in minced , egg, mozzarella, diced, cooked onion and garlic. Mix well and season.
The form for cupcakes spread butter. Spread with layers of stuffing and the Basil leaves.
On top lightly press the stuffing cherry tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180*C until the minced meat is browned and tomatoes begin to burst. If during baking there is a lot of liquid, then I drain it.
