- Begin by heating the water to approximately 40 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is lukewarm. Pour the warm water into a container, then add the dry yeast. Gently stir the contents of the container and let it rest for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, pour the milk into a ladle and heat it over low heat until it reaches 45 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare the work surface by dusting it with a small amount of flour. Transfer the dough onto the floured surface and sprinkle some flour on top. Shape the dough into a ball. Grease a container with vegetable oil and place the dough inside, covering it with cling film. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place (e.g., next to a heater) for 1.5 hours or until it doubles in size.
