- 1 piece Pita (large thin)
- 3 pieces Egg
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Zucchini
- Sunflower oil

Instructions
- Zucchini cut into circles, salt and fry on both sides. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and herbs ( parsley or dill) if desired. Mix the mixture well and spread on the pita bread. On the edge of the pita spread the first layer of zucchini. We cut the pita bread in half so that it is convenient to twist it. Twist the pita bread and spread the second layer of zucchini. Twist the pita bread to the end in a roll and cut into portions.
