Zucchini cut into circles, salt and fry on both sides. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and herbs ( parsley or dill) if desired. Mix the mixture well and spread it on the pita bread. Put the first layer of zucchini on the edge of the pita bread. Cut the pita bread in half, so that it is convenient to twist it. Twist the pita bread and spread the second layer of zucchini. Twist the pita bread to the end in a roll and cut into portions.
