Ingredients
Chocolate biscuit:
- 47 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 11 gram Cocoa powder
- 2 gram Baking powder
- 1 gram Soda
- 20 gram Vegetable oil
- 50 gram Sugar
- Vanilin

- 20 gram Milk
- 50 gram Coffee natural hot
Chocolate chip:
- 25 gram Oat flakes
- 5 gram Cocoa powder
- 25 gram Walnuts
- 15 gram Sugar
Curd-Apple cheesecake:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 200 gram Jam
- 50 gram Cream (33%)
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients for the dough. Beat the egg, butter and milk and add half of the dry mixture. Pour in the hot coffee, whisk, mix with the remaining half of the dry mixture. Pour the finished dough into a mold with a diameter of 16 cm and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees until ready. Cool the finished cake.
- For the crumbs, fry the oatmeal with nuts, chop, mix with sugar and cocoa.
