- 2 gram Baking powder
- 1 gram Soda
- 20 gram Vegetable oil
- 50 gram Sugar
- Vanilin
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 20 gram Milk
- 50 gram Coffee natural hot
Chocolate chip:
- 25 gram Oat flakes
- 5 gram Cocoa powder
- 25 gram Walnuts
- 15 gram Sugar
Curd-Apple cheesecake:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 200 gram Jam
- 50 gram Cream (33%)
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Cinnamon

Instructions
- The dry ingredients of the dough mix. Egg, oil and milk, whisking, and stir in half of dry mixture. Pour hot coffee, beat, mix with the remaining half of the dry mixture. Pour the finished dough into a form with a diameter of 16cm and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees until tender. Ready to cool the cake.
