- We are preparing the "stuffing". Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes. Separate the grains from the head. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add sour cream to the prepared ingredients, mix. The filling is ready. I don't salt it, I have enough salinity from cucumbers and cheese (I have sour cream), look at your taste.
- Beat the meat. Put it in a greased form with vegetable oil, season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste. We spread the filling on the fillet. Cover with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes (look at your oven, I have only the lower heating). Remove the foil 10-15 minutes before it is ready and cook without it.
