Here comes the season of fresh, fragrant, summer vegetables! So why not make something out of it!? I present to your attention an excellent recipe for baked vegetables! Everything is fast, simple, and very tasty! Young potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, with the aroma of smoke! You'll lick your fingers!

  1. Cut the vegetables: cut out the stem from the tomato, cut the potatoes into 4 parts, zucchini into slices, finely chop the garlic and herbs. In a sheet of foil folded in half, put the tomato, sprinkle with garlic, spices and put a little butter, Wrap the foil. We do the same with the rest of the vegetables. The coals are ready, we make 3 depressions in them, put the potatoes, after 10 minutes we put the zucchini, after another 5 minutes-the tomato.
