- Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan, put the pan on medium heat and heat well. Next, put the beef meat cut into pieces/strips. Fry the meat until lightly browned, then add the onion cut into half rings. Saute the onion until soft and transparent. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Next, add 1 tablespoon of flour with a small pea. Mix the meat together with the flour and fry for 2-3 minutes.
