I want to share a simple, unpretentious recipe for chicken baked with buckwheat. I have seen similar recipes on the site, but in them all cereals need to be pre-processed (infused or boiled). In my simple version, you don't need to do anything like that with porridge. It's easy! And very tasty.

- Now we begin to spread everything on a greased baking sheet: 1) washed cereals 2) onion and garlic 3) chicken, salted and peppered to your taste 4) smear the chicken with sour cream 5) add hot salt water 6) sprinkle the chicken pieces with cheese to get a ruddy crust that preserves all the juiciness of the chicken. 7) put everything in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees After about 40-60 minutes (depending on your oven), take out the baking sheet and enjoy the fragrant juicy buckwheat and no less juicy chicken. Enjoy your meal.
