- Separate the cauliflower and broccoli into small inflorescences.In a saucepan, bring the salted water to a boil, carefully lower the cauliflower inflorescences. Let boil and cook for 1 minute.Then remove the inflorescences and allow the excess liquid to drain.Also boil the broccoli.
