1. Boil the eggs and cool them.
2. Chop the cabbage. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
3. Remove the yolks from the eggs and set aside. Cut the whites into cubes.
4. Chop the greens.
5. Dressing: mash the yolks with a fork, add mustard, sunflower oil and sour cream, pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
6. Season the salad with salt to taste and add the dressing. Mix well.
The salad is ready!
