Wash all vegetables.
Young cabbage chop into thin strips, cucumber and tomatoes arbitrarily.Protein from the eggs cut into thin strips, break the yolk with your hands. Cheese cut into cubes or just break your hands into arbitrary pieces.
Onions shallots cut into a thin strip.
In a salad bowl put cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, shallots and egg white.
Pour vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put the yolk and cheese on top.
You can optionally sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.Mix well before serving.Bon appetit!
