  1. Wash all the vegetables. Chop the young cabbage into thin strips, cucumber and tomatoes - arbitrarily. Cut the egg white into thin strips, break the yolk with your hands. Cut the cheese into cubes or just break it into arbitrary pieces with your hands. Cut the shallots into thin strips. Put cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, shallots and egg white in a salad bowl. Pour vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put the yolk and cheese on top.
