Cabbage Vegetable Salad Recipe
I want to offer You an easy to prepare summer salad. In hot weather, this salad will be very useful. Cabbage and vegetables refresh, and at the expense of eggs and cheese salad becomes nourishing.

  1. Wash all vegetables. Young cabbage chop into thin strips, cucumber and tomatoes arbitrarily.Protein from the eggs cut into thin strips, break the yolk with your hands. Cheese cut into cubes or just break your hands into arbitrary pieces. Onions shallots cut into a thin strip. In a salad bowl put cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, shallots and egg white. Pour vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put the yolk and cheese on top.
