- 375 gram Raisins A mix of raisins, dried cranberries and candied fruits
- 125 gram Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Black tea brew in 300 ml of boiling water
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour I take 150 g of wheat and 150 g of wholegrain
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 2 teaspoons Seasoning Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, or a ready-made spice mix for gingerbread
- 15 gram Butter

- Form a brick with a volume of 1 liter, grease with melted butter and pour the dough into the mold. We put it to bake in the oven, preheated to 160ºC. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours until the dough is dry on a stick. There should be no control marks on the stick. If the pie is very baked on top - cover with baking paper or foil.
