- While the cakes cool, make the sour cream (sour cream whipped with sugar). Cream, of course, you can use any - oil, custard, but with sour cream I like the most, it is well impregnates the cakes and adds a pleasant acidity. Cakes put one on top of the other, cut to be smooth and the same. Trim grind and use for sprinkling. Collect the cake, accurately cakes with cream, if you want to decorate (my simple "home", version)). It is better if the cake a couple of hours will stand in the refrigerator, well soaked cream. Products on the cake is not much, it turns out it is quite large.
