  2. Melt white chocolate in hot milk. Let the chocolate-milk mixture cool.

The chocolate will harden, the baskets will keep their relief shape well.

  6. Add sugar and lemon juice to the BlackBerry puree. Soak the gelatin in water. Dissolve the swollen gelatin (microwave 60% = 1 min.), stir in the BlackBerry puree. Whisk the cream into a persistent foam, mix in the BlackBerry puree. Put the resulting cream in a cooking bag and put it in the refrigerator until slightly thickened.
