Cauliflower in Vegetable Sauce Recipe
Today I will show you an unusual recipe for cooking cauliflower. According to this recipe, it does not stay in the refrigerator for a long time. Usually eaten at a time, because it turns out very tasty. This dish is perfectly combined with any side dish. It can also be served as a separate dish. All guests ask for a recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Cauliflower
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Bulgarian peppers
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 1 glass Milk
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 glass Water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes.
- In a saucepan pour olive oil for frying. Spread the onion and cook over low heat until Golden.
- Then add the carrots and bell pepper. Stir and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Be sure to cover with a lid.
- Wash cauliflower and divide into inflorescences.
- In a saucepan, add a glass of milk and one tablespoon of tomato paste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Next, add the cauliflower. Stir, add a glass of water and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is ready.
- Salt, pepper and mix. Remove from heat after 5 minutes.
