Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 150 gram Suluguni cheese
- 1 bunch Basil
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Seasoning (Provence herbs)
Instructions
- I made tomatoes just slices, and cheese-bars. And so: tomatoes cut into slices, cheese-brusochkami. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs
- Mix the oil and vinegar. Season the salad and mix gently again.
