Put the cranberries in a saucepan. If the cranberries are frozen, you DON't need to defrost them. Pour 50 ml of water and put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes until the berries start to burst.
Remove from the heat, crush the cranberries and add honey, adjika, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Stir.
Put the shins in a mold and grease with cranberry sauce on all sides. Tighten the form with foil and leave for 2 hours.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 deg. C.
Put the form in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven, remove the foil and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the finished shins from the oven.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
