Ingredients
Chicken:
- 3 pieces Chicken leg
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 3 tablespoons Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Garnish:
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- You can cook the whole chicken by cutting it into portions, in my case, these are chicken legs cut into the shin and thigh. And so, carefully rub the chicken pieces with lemon and leave for 15 minutes.
- Mix mustard, salt, pepper mixture (I have with nutmeg), oil and hot sauce. BRUSH each piece of chicken with the resulting marinade and leave at room temperature for 1 hour. If overnight, put it in the refrigerator. Put it in a baking dish. Decorate: Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and season with all the listed ingredients immediately before baking.
- Cover the chicken and potatoes tightly with foil and bake in a preheated 200 *C oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake the potatoes for 7-10 minutes.
- Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables, olives or olives.
