- 1 teaspoon Seasoning 0.5 tsp for chicken, 0.5 tsp for vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Put a piece of foil on the table top and smear the middle with sunflower oil, a little to fix the parchment. We put a piece of parchment (20 * 17 cm) on it and also lubricate it with oil.
